近日【光伏資訊】微信公眾號(PV-info)了解到，美國AdvancedSiliconGroupTechnologies公司向美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)提起337調查申請，指控對美出口、在美進口或在美銷售的特定具有納米結構的硅光伏電池、組件及其下游產品侵犯該公司專利權，請求ITC發布有限排除令和禁止令。加拿大、美國、越南、中國等國家的28家企業為被申請人。

主要涉及的公司為阿特斯以及韓華新能源!

2021年6月14日，美國Advanced Silicon Group Technologies, LLC根據《美國1930年關稅法》第337節規定向美國際貿易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定具有納米結構的硅光伏電池片和組件及其下游產品(Certain Silicon Photovoltaic Cells and Modules with Nanostructures, and Products Containing the Same)侵犯了其專利權。
