于宏源，上海國(guó)際問(wèn)題研究院比較政治和公共政策所所長(zhǎng)，研究員、2010年上海社科新人。同時(shí)兼任中國(guó)上海生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師、人民大學(xué)能源戰(zhàn)略中心客座研究員、中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院生態(tài)文明創(chuàng)新中心研究員。2000年中國(guó)人民大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院碩士畢業(yè)，2003年香港中文大學(xué)政治與行政學(xué)系博士畢業(yè)，2011年擔(dān)任美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略和國(guó)際研究中心(CSIS)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。代表英文專著為Global Warming and China's Environmental Diplomacy in Nova Science Publishers (2008)。代表中文專著《戰(zhàn)略資源政治與中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略》上海人民出版社2016年出版、《環(huán)境變化和權(quán)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)移：制度、博弈和應(yīng)對(duì)》上海人民出版社2011年出版，以及《低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)中的挑戰(zhàn)與創(chuàng)新》東北財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)出版社2015年出版，在中文核心期刊上已經(jīng)發(fā)表了近30篇論文。主持國(guó)家社科基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“能源—糧食—水的三位一體安全機(jī)制研究”，國(guó)家社科基金課題“限容和創(chuàng)新：氣候變化兩大挑戰(zhàn)的綜合研究”，國(guó)家十.二五科技支撐項(xiàng)目課題“氣候變化談判綜合問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”等。主持了外交部、國(guó)家氣象局、環(huán)保部、美國(guó)能源基金會(huì)、上海市政府發(fā)展研究中心等相關(guān)課題。有多篇論文獲得上海市哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)。

YU Hongyuan, PH.D( Chinese University of Hong Kong), is a professor and director of Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies. In 2010, he was awarded as the Shanghai social science newcomer. He is also the Vice President of Shanghai Association of Ecological Economy, a doctoral supervisor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), an honorary fellow of Center for International Energy Strategy Studies，Renmin University of China, an visiting fellow for Sustainable Developmental Research Center of China Academy for Social Science. He got his Ph.D degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Mphil degree from Renmin University of China, and was a visiting scholar of Center for Strategic and International Studies（CSIS）in the U.S. in 2011.His representative English monograph is Global Warming and China's Environmental Diplomacy in Nova Science Publishers (2008).He has authored numerous Chinese books, such as Strategic Resource Politics and China's Strategies published by Shanghai People's Publishing House in 2016, Environmental Change and Power Transfer: System, Game and Response published by Shanghai People's Publishing House published in 2011, and  Challenges and Innovation in the Low-carbon Economy published by Northeast University of Finance and Economics Press in 2015. Until present, he has published more than 30 papers in the Chinese core journals. He also presided over the key project of the  national social science fund " Research for Trinity Security Mechanism of Energy - Food - Water ", the national social science fund project "Limited Capacity and Innovation: Comprehensive Study for Two Challenges of Climate Change ", National "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan for science and technology support project "Research on the Key Technology of the Synthesis of Climate Change Negotiations" and other projects. He also presided over the projects from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Meteorological Administration, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the US Energy Foundation,The Development Research Center of the Shanghai Municipal People's Govemment and other related issues. There are many papers winning the Shanghai philosophy and social science outstanding achievement awards.
